Chancellor Galder Weatherwax was a chancellor of Unseen University. He was originally titled Chancellor, but was upgraded to Archchancellor by Mustrum Ridcully. He was eaten by the Luggage in the book and pushed to his death by Ymper Trymon in the film adaptation. It is possible that he is related to Esmerelda Weatherwax, since they share a surname and are both magical.
